During the course of the day you will gain more insight and knowledge about the science behind the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method; Cold Exposure, Breathing and Focus.
But mostly you will be experiencing and feel what breath can do with the body and expand your beliefs of possibilities. You will be hearing some of the transformational mindset stories from both Ryan and Kiki and are able to share your own if you want to.
You will learn the Wim Hof breathing technique and how you can use your diaphragm to become aware of your breath. What you can do to alternate from a high ‘panicked’ way of breathing to a deeper ‘relaxed way of breathing.
We will give you a skill set and tools to not only practice this method during this day but how to find a way to implement it in your life.
You will walk away with a clear understanding of the method, its benefits, safety, and notes of caution, as well as the knowledge on how to make, breathing cold and mindset a daily practice without having to change too much in your daily habits.
